Verification (KYC) explained
Verification — often called KYC (know your customer) — is how operators confirm you are who you say you are, are old enough to play, and that your payment method belongs to you. It is a licensing requirement, not an optional upsell.
It almost always triggers on your first withdrawal, which is why new players frequently experience a delay exactly when they expect fast cash-out.
Why operators verify
Regulated operators must prevent underage play, money laundering and fraud. Verification ties the account to a real, adult person and to payment methods they own.
The documents you may be asked for
Proof of identity: a passport, driving licence or national ID.
Proof of address: a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address.
Proof of payment method: a card image with key digits obscured, or an e-wallet statement.
How to pass smoothly
Upload clear, uncropped images where the name matches your account exactly.
Use a payment method in your own name from the start.
Submit documents as soon as they are requested rather than waiting until the withdrawal.
What we can and cannot verify
Operators rarely guarantee a review turnaround. Where a brand states a time, we mark it as stated, not verified, in our reviews.
