About Verdict Desk
Verdict Desk is an independent UK research desk for betting and casino brands. We track six brands, verify their licensing, payments, withdrawals, bonuses and responsible gambling tools, and publish the evidence as readable, comparable reviews.
Our founding principle is simple: evidence before opinion. A fact is only marked Verified once it has a source, a check date and a named checker. What we cannot confirm is marked needs verification — never quietly presented as fact.
We are editorially independent from the brands we cover. Where we earn commission from a brand you visit, this does not change our ratings, which follow a published methodology applied identically to every brand.
The team
Charlotte has spent more than a decade covering regulated gambling in the UK, first as a compliance analyst and later as an editor of consumer comparison sites. She leads Verdict Desk’s review programme and is responsible for the way every brand fact is verified, dated and sourced before publication.
